Yogic tip for today

Lean against a wall if u feel you are tilting forward in a squat. Not many people realise how far off their center they are in a squat. Your back needs to be well-aligned for a proper squat. Most people tilt forward... something they can correct by pushing back to tipping point -- where u feel u are falling off, that is where most squats happen!
