Daily health Gyan: neck pain, and breathing wrong

Breathing requires accessory muscles which may appear, to us unmedical types, as far off the lungs. I will put the list out tomorrow just as soon as I decode the Latin jargon. But giving one below ... But why yoga makes you feel light is because it opens up these stiff muscles. One of the main accessory muscles group involved with breathing are the scalene muscles that support your neck... see the image below and feel good if u are doing yoga -- why halasana, shoulderstand are so important to improve your breathing. While surfing I found that if your breathing is bad or u have a disorder, u could end up overusing these muscles (which may explain why seemingly healthy people suddenly develop neck pain!!)
