Today's yogic tip

A good headstand is a very aware headstand. U don't feel the time in it.  A weak one is where u may have slumped on the neck. That also means the mind has slumped. For a strong headstand and an aware, meditative one, you need to take the mind constantly checking its experiences of subtle shifts. This may be seem like a body-obsessive thing... on the contrary, it is using the closest experience the body is having, dispenses and steps back from boredom, and then becomes aware of inner musclular work. This in turn trains the mind to stay locked and be relaxed in both an extreme -relaxed state.
If u have slumped at the neck, it means u are getting bored, and in my mind, that headstand is not yoga:)
