Daily Health Gyan

Mmm .. seems I have to eat my words... tho pomegranate has been also added to the list let out by the national nutrition institute, the highest rating goes to the pale, sometimes bland GUAVA! Indian plum comes next.  Check today's times for the entire list which also has custard apple, apple etc. It seems grapes and pineapple are not so paisa vasool..:) So, despite the inflation, we can all still be healthy with just ten bucks or so on a few guavas... thank the lord:)
