Yogic thought for the day : ajna chakra

Up to the fifth chakra, the yogis is also time bound. But as the ida and pingala end here, the yogi moves into sushumna, which is kalatita (beyond time). When the yogi reaches the seventh chakra, the danger of backsliding ends. there is no spiritual reversal, for as long as he is in his phyiscal body, he is in a constant state of non-dual consciousness.
