Yogic tip for today

The poses which give trouble most are the solar plexus poses -- I can hold them, but not with the lightness I wish to have in them -- thse are the bow, the plank poses?! Why!! Which just proves I need to do them more, is all!
Solar plexus poses work on digestion, will power, sense of I-identity, power, will -- the poses which press on the abdomen are normally the solar plexus poses...
