Answer and query

ANSWER: Seems like only my students will dare to answer my queries:) Both Sonia and Pallavi, right! Hey Pallavi, I make u do sit-ups in my class?!! Great suggestion... But less focus on the palms in the basic headstand really. It is entirely elbows, shoulders and the head. The neck is, as Pallavi says, released in the headstand of a really good student...

QUERY:  Hey, where is your immune gland? Why I ask is because in the backbends, such as the fish, bow and wheel, your immune system becomes super strong... So, it happens due to the massaging effect on the thymus, which for latecomers, is the immune gland...

No no :) I bravely offered to do the sit ups if I happened
to be wrong because if after all this time I didn't know the answer, then I need to do be hauled up (and down)!!

The thymus is located in the chest. A little below the base of the neck.

Thymus is in front of the heart..Its big in babies but becomes smaller as by adulthood. I didnt know about thymus till a couple of months back when my friend's infant was diagnosed with an abnormally big thymus. He is on the road to recovery now..
