Daily Health Gyan

Reading up on green tea... my daughter swears by that for weight loss... tho she sips it and sips through the day when she decides to shed the weight.. but found that five cups, you create a cal deficit of 90 daily.. apparently to really lose weight you need to think of burning/eating less 500 cals less from a daily intake of 3500 cal most of us need. Yew... I always hated maths!
