Today's yogic tip

To extend bhramari's humming sound, do not exert from the throat -- lot of people puff the throat out.. Instead, draw your stomach in as you make the sound -- it becomes naturally long for two reasons --
1) You are involving the diaphragm -- the main muscle for breath  2) the drawing-in motion and its continuity stops the distraction and exerting effort from the mind, creating a focus which helps extend the effort, effortlessly:)

I would like to know how to include the Bandhas, esp Mooladhara or Jalandhara in your daily Sadhana?
