Yogic thought for the day

The signs of progress on the path of yoga are health, a sense of physical lightness, steadiness, clearness of countenance and a beautiful voice, sweetness of odour of the body and freedom from craving. He has a balanced, serene and a tranquil mind:

along the path there was
health, steadiness, peace, confidence... but only when i did it twice a week. group energy helped when everyone did more.
