Daily Health Gyan

According to Swami Kuvalayananda, (Founder of the Kaivalyadham Yoga Inst, Lonavla), yogic exercise should not be followed by muscular exercise. There should be a gap of 20 mins between the two. Those who wish to have a calm mind should do yoga after muscular exercise. Those who want to hyperventilate/remain stimulated should do yoga first.
