Yogic tip for today

Three poses which can help control binge eating: vajrasana, shashankasana and shavasana. (Bihar School of Yoga).

See, I tell you shavasana is very powerful practice. It can heal, cure u of addictions, most importantly it seems to work on impulse control. Which is why it upsets me when people fidget in the corpse pose. They are being rushed by their patterns, are not even aware of that.
