Daily Health Gyan: cardamom

Doing an article on anger and foods, and found out that cardamom can help soothe irritability away. Maybe now that the heat is descending on us in a vengeance we must chew some cardamom, or sip some cardamom tea. Maybe that way I won't become hassled when people keep repeating errors in basic poses . I see a lot of haloed yoga teachers. Maybe they remain saintly and soft because they are so self-involved that they are not spotting their students. I myself am watching my students constantly, even from the corner of my eye, and believe that firmness is not such a bad thing either... :)
