Yogic tip for the day

Yoga Darshan, by Sw Niranjananda, says that while sitting crosslegged the sense of the legs going to sleep only happens when the legs are out of alignment, even for a millimeter!  I did not know this... which may explain why sometimes my feet feel the pins and needles and some days they seem to be free and relaxed! How much to learn, in yoga:)!!
