Answer and query: astavakrasana is named after..

Answer: The sleeping Buddha pose is also called the Dradhasana .. the net informs me that dradha means firm.. I can imagine that. If you lie down on your side, the way the Buddha does, it becomes rather difficult to stay upright, even sideways, because subtle muscles pull you in all directions. It is a very exciting pose to calm, tone and meditate in. It creates great inner grounding, for sure!

Quizz: The eight angle crooked pose (Astavakrasana) is  named after sage/Rishi Astavakra. He was the guru of which king, who was the father-in-law of a great god referred often as the mahapurush? The reason I am asking this is not just because it is another name of another pose, but because the sage is credited with discussing the Ultimate Truth with this king in his treatise which is famous as Astavakara Gita, one of the most powerful books on Brahman...
