Yogic tip for the day

Monsoon is here (is it?!) and your immune system has gone for a toss? Surya namaskar, backbends, pranayama will take care of the entire season for u.. lazy people do it thrice a week in my class, the even lazier do not do yoga. But the real practitioners, they do daily, esp on the days they do not come to my class (yess, yes students, this is a dig at your practice.. unless u practice daily, u cannot say you are doing yoga:)
