Daily health gyan: mushrooms

In yoga, mushroom is discussed as a tamasic food -- I guess they mean it could lull you, make you relaxed. Maybe the hyperactive types need it?:) It is said to contain a bouquet of anti-oxidants that keep your skin shining though.. so the choice is yours. Maybe modesty would be the key, if you did not want to become a slug...
