Smoking: quitting it, naturally

I found this interesting nugget about smoking in Dr David Frawley's book

* Giving up smoking can increase mucus initially, as a reaction.
* Ginger, cloves and honey are good way to control this.
*Ashwagandha, ginseng, shatavari are good ways to tone up the lungs weakened by smoking.
*Sudharshan churna formula may help with the resulting detoxification.
