Daily Health Gyan: Anti-depression aroma oils

For depression, jasmine, rose, ylang ylang are ideal. These are aphrodisiacs -- that is because they stimulate the senses and uplift.
Citrusy ones -- like melissa, lemon, lime, orange are also powerful anti-depressants.

However,you must not use lime, lemon, orange at night simply because it will interfere with your sleep.

All oils are uplifting, obviously. But frankincense main impact is to make a mind meditative.
