Yogic tip: kapalabhati

Though kapalabhati is seen as "just" a breathing exercise ( I have many students trying to tell me they get bored doing pranayama, but so, yes, they possibly feel bored brushing their teeth too:) it has powerful impact on several systems in our body.

Unknown stuff about this practice: 
  • It can control diabetes
  • It can sort ailments of most glands at the abdomen -- liver, gall bladder, digestive tract (think flatulence, even that), uro-genital system. 

So, when u get bored, remember how many systems are positively affected by this practice. It is a youth-giving practice and amongst those which gives a glow to the face.
