Daily health gyan

Collagen is that supporting tissue under the skin. For muscle-no fat, almost androgynous types like me ( it is a difficult retro rock look difficult to cultivate, ha ha)this collagen becomes scarce. So u need to eat wise if did not want to turn haggard... Soy, spinach, blue berries, black berries or other violet stuff, red food stuff ..carrots, beets, berries...
Collagen is not just about looking young, but healing right....
