Yesterday's answer, today's query

Answer: Yes, if you lie down after jal neti, remaining water (which should be thrown out with a short, intense kapalabhati /bhastrika) slides right back into the sinus and nostrils. Apart from the discomfort, this is likely to push infections at the nose into the sinus, causing terrible sinusitis in those prone to it.

QUERY: If while holding the headstand, if your stomach pops out in front (which means u are doing it wrong) where does the entire weight of your body flop?
