ANSWER: THE neck. The stomach popping in front curves the spine awkwardly, so that the weight is transferred to the neck. After some time, either u come down without control. If you hang on despite the neck scrunch, later on u develop permanent neck pain.


QUERY: In the headstand if the legs hang too much in front, where is the weight transferred, and wrongly?
