- Tea, coffee, cocoa, stimulants.
- White sugar, iodised salt
- Fine flour (maida -- I think all your rolls and franks, etc are made from that, as also cakes, pastries, biscuits, and most desserts!!), polished rice, white breatd, biscuits, chocolates
- Processed stuff -- jams, sauces, soft drinks, pickles
- Food containing added flavors, color and vitamins (ha, ha, that includes a whole lot of drinks that your own super stars are promoting:)
