Yogic tip for today: Tummy tight

Vinyasa flow from shashank to cobra can help tighten the stomach muscles, also relieve uro-genital disorders. U sit in shashanksana, slide forward into cobra, then slide back into the hare (shashank). According to the Bihar school of yoga therapy style, this must be done at least  7 times in each sequence. (Seven each, for sure:)
