Daily Health Gyan

 Knee pain. Nervous tension. Chronic fatigue syndrome. They seem unrelated? Actually they all go back to your Psoas muscle -- that keeps your torso belted to your lower limbs -- that is reacting to your postural misalignments or adrenaline overdrive.  U need to de-stress to release pain overall and release the contracted psoas muscle... Then do some stretches to facilitate that.
