Answer and query

Answer: Yes, my dear students, thymus is located at the chest which explains why some poses, practiceed (regularly -- some of my students can do superb backbends, but they are always sniffling -- reason? They don't come to class regularly:) regularly can prevent chronic colds, amongst other problems, including degenerative arthritis... etc (auto-immune disorders, u know?)

Query: Why does the neck lock (jalandhara bandha) during retention  actually improve your breathing long-term? How?
