Query: Which of these are good for lower back pain and which are bad? Forward bends, backbends, side bends, crosslegged poses?

backbends are good and the others are bad

Backbends is best followed by side bends to slowly strengthen the muscles. Forward bends and cross legged poses will be bad as it will increase the pain.
