Query and answer

Answer: Yes, Gayathree (the only one having the guts to answer queries here:) crosslegged position (or even sitting on the ground for long, can strain the spine) and forward bends are bad for slipped disc. Side bends and backbends are healing.


Query: Which chakra is impacted the most, when doing leg raises?

Leg raises are a wonderful energising exercise to move the energy from the lower part of the body to the upper part. It makes a major impact in the swadishtana chakra.
