Yogic tip for today

The unsupported corbra -- which has several variations -- has a toggle effect. It can be both stimulating or grounding, depending on how you hold the pose. If the breath in controlled into a smooth flow (can happen only with regular practice, till muscular fatigue in the pose leaves your body), then it can become elevated to grounding you. Initially, since all practitioners when introduced to it struggle with it, it will remain a stimulating pose till stamina is acquired...
