Question hour: on balance

Answer: U can balance on any thing either inside or outside. It can even be focus on a flow of the body. For instance, if u decide to focus on the muscles that support you in a single leg raise (hips, legs, heel, back, hands) that will be also considered as a single point of focus. This is a delicate thing -- focus. It does not matter what, as long as the mind decides to stay there steadily, that will be drishti.. focus. It will also lead u to eka grata -- single mindedness.. it is the same thing, flow or a point, whatever will grip the mind from its ramblings and movement..

Question: Of the eight siddhis that come to a person with superior sadhana/practice, what are the four most physical ones.. the others are a bit psychic... Lord Hanuman is said to be one of the sadhakas with the eight siddhis..
