Yogic tip for the day

Amongst a cure-all poses, is supta vajrasana -- lying thunderbolt pose. Obviously it is tough for many people, including advanced practitoners. However it may be initially attempted with a bolster, cushion under the ankles/between heels and hips to alleviate the pressure. It works!!
Avoid, however, if you have knee issues:(
