Yoga for menstrual cramps?

I myself do not practice these poses, simply because I am so relieved to be off my pms,and into periods,that I am really feeling very relieved, the pain and gore notwithstanding:)

But for those fussy women, who need some relief,here are the ones:

  • Lying butterfly /lying leg locked pose
  • Seated butterfly
  • Cat stretch
  • Garland pose 
to name a few..

is it ok to do gym n yoga together?
