The order of pranayamas? Answer below..

In the earlier question, we wished to know the sequence of the pranayamas Bhastrika, anulom, bhramari and sheetali

The order is as below:
Bhastrika, Anulom, Bhramari, Sheetali

Why this sequence?
In a manner of speaking one practice prepares u for the next one

Bhastrika is cleansing, releasing
Anulom balancing
Bhramari, tho heating, is also calming
While sheetali is the cool down

Where does Kapalabhati fits in the sequence?.Thanks

It is not included in the list.. if you wish to practice it, it must come ahead of bhastrika as a preparatory practice. Also, Kapalabhati is a kriya .. and comes ahead of other practices because it cleanses the system for the rest.
