This is a sweet variation of the headstand. For this u should already be able to cycle confidently in the headstand, moving legs forwards and backwards dynamically. After that is achieved, this pose is a cake walk. If there is a difficulty it is only in lifting the leg back up without toppling over:)
Dropping the leg sideways can also worry who do a shaky headstand leg cycling...

ANSWER: ho .. All wrong. Because the stomach is vulnerable just then eating stuff with fiber will disturb it tremendously. Except soft khichdi all the other stuff can be outright dangerous. After serious fasting u need to slowly acclimatize the stomach with gentle foods..like khichdi!
